Our Return Policy

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions :

·       Make a return request within 7 nights of its delivery date

·       The item must be in its original condition, therefore unused and unaltered, and must not have been washed

·       The item must be returned with its labels and original packaging

 

Please note that items on final sale can not be returned.

ILANOVITCH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

How to Initiate a Return Request

ILANOVITCH adopts environmentally friendly practices. Your package will not contain an invoice or return slip. We ask you to request your return online by accessing the Order History on your ILANOVITCH account.

 

Free Returns to Europe

Simply access your Order History to complete a return slip request. The guidelines will be included.

 

International Returns

Simply go to your Order History to request a return authorization and instructions.

 

Please note that it is important to ship packages internationally using the standard delivery and carrier of your country. For added security, please make sure to get a tracking number.

 

Trades

We are not able to offer exchanges for the moment. We accept returns however. You can return the item and then order the appropriate item.

 

Refunds

A refund will be applied to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Once the refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the payment. Your financial institution may need additional time to process the refund.

 Please note that the initial shipping costs are not refundable.
